Young Adult @ Saint Paul's
Beyond the youth group experience but not quite setting up playdates for your kids, there's a period of life that still desires community, care, and challenge. The young adult ministry at Saint Paul's UMC seeks to make known the love of Christ in precisely these areas of life. All are welcome who seek to grow as individuals, in community, and by faith.
INTRODUCING SUNDAY MORNINGS!
11:00 a.m., Room 304
Shifting from its Wednesday evening setting, the Young Adults @ Saint Paul’s will gather on Sunday mornings for robust discussion around thought- and faith-provoking writings. Beginning on 1/10 we will begin discussion on Rob Bell’s new book What Is The Bible?: How an Ancient Library of Poems, Letters, and Stories Can Transform the Way You Think and Feel About Everything. Your thoughts are welcomed here!
Tuesday evenings at Red Eye Café (Midtown), 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. Come for fun, come for fellowship, come in faith! A wonderful opportunity to get to know the young adults in Saint Paul’s on a personal level.
Wednesday Evenings in January – The Young Adults @ Saint Paul’s will join the rest of the congregation on Wednesday evenings for a church-wide study and discussion on Jesus. Beginning on January 10, 6:15 p.m. in room 301 we’ll begin a 5-week session on “The Prayers of Jesus.” Come offering your own thoughts, biblical interpretations, and opinions – your church benefits from you doing so!
