Betsy has been employed as the Kitchen Coordinator of Saint Paul's United Methodist Church since August of 2003. Betsy is responsible for cooking for Wednesday nights dinners (WWW), monthly Pacesetters meetings and United Methodist Men's monthly meetings. She also oversees activities in the kitchen as well as cooking for various other events, including our Thanksgiving luncheon and Easter Breakfast.
Betsy is a 2001 Culinary Arts graduate with honors from Keiser University/Capital Culinary and also has her own catering company, "Catering by Betsy."
